Sparring is one of the special class in Taekwondo!!

Students will learn how to step as well during the sparring, and move fast to avoid their partner's attack.

All sparring classes will be conducted according to safety rules, and beginners will be conducted without safety equipment, but there will be no direct contact between students.

Intermediate and advanced students will be taught with sparring equipment, which will also be conducted with safety rules.
